To complement my healthcare foundation, I continued my education and earned a Real Estate Broker License, believing strongly that a holistic approach to well-being involves optimizing the spaces where people live and work. My conviction stems from the understanding that the environments we inhabit significantly impact our overall wellness and general community prosperity. My name is David Sparks, and I’ve proudly called Pulaski County home for the past 45 years. I’m married to my wonderful wife, Debbie, and together we’ve been blessed with two children, Candice and Justin, and four amazing grandchildren. I retired from SKRECC in 2019 after a fulfilling career, and began my journey in real estate in 2018. Since then, I’ve found a true passion in helping people find the right property to call home. My work is rooted in faith, community, and service. I’m an active member of Oak Hill Baptist Church, and I’ve had the privilege of serving on several local boards, including the Somerset-Pulaski EMS Advisory Board, LCADD Board, and God’s Food Pantry Board.
